How long does shipping take?
Orders within the EU arrive in 2–4 business days. US and international orders typically arrive in 5–9 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
All AURVESO purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
How do I care for full-grain leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth after use and keep leather away from direct heat. We recommend a beeswax-based conditioner every six months for pieces in regular use.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — every AURVESO piece includes a lifetime repair guarantee covering stitching, lining and hardware. Contact repairs@meridian.example.com to start a request.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 40 countries. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
